Consent to Receive Text Messages

By entering your mobile number and checking the box on the zenquote.net insurance policy request form, you consent to receive both non-marketing and marketing text messages from ZenQuote ("Company"), including those sent using an autodialer, at the number(s) you provided. You can opt out of these communications at any time. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to use our services. Data transmitted through this service may be subject to our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms.

About zenquote.net

ZenQuote is a network of insurance carriers and advertisers who can potentially provide insurance assistance to consumers. After you opt in via express written consent, ZenQuote may send text messages with information about your insurance request and additional services offered. Your insurance carrier may also contact you electronically regarding your insurance request or to verify information as part of the underwriting process. Message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier for details.

How to Opt-Out

To stop receiving text messages, follow the instructions in the message or text "STOP" or "QUIT" to the five-digit short code from which the messages are sent. You can also text "HELP" for assistance. Alternatively, unsubscribe by emailing us at [email protected].

Frequency of Messaging

ZenQuote sends approximately 2 messages per week to your mobile phone.

Access to Services

To receive notifications, you need a mobile subscription with a participating carrier or access to a mobile network that supports ZenQuote notifications. Carrier messaging rates apply to all communications. Direct pricing, billing, refund, and related inquiries to your carrier's customer support.

Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, Alltel, CellularOne, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Metro PCS. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must provide all necessary equipment and software to participate, including a mobile device in working order.

ZenQuote may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the subscription service at any time. Services may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or due to telecommunication failures beyond our control.

Your Mobile Telephone Number

You confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number(s) provided, or that you have permission from the account holder to use the subscription service. Notify us immediately of any changes to your mobile number by emailing [email protected]. You agree to indemnify the Company for any claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused by failure to notify us of changes to your number.

Privacy

Our collection of information, such as your mobile number, is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at zenquote.net/privacy.

Age Requirements and Service Limitations

Subscribers must be at least 18 years old. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate any account if the subscriber is found to be underage.

You are responsible for the security of your subscription and any activities that occur under your mobile number.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

ZenQuote may revise these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted on our website. Review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued receipt of our text messages indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination of Text Messaging

ZenQuote may suspend or terminate your text message service if you breach these terms. Service may also terminate if your mobile phone service lapses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our text message service without notice.

ZenQuote is not responsible for any damages, including incidental, special, or consequential damages, punitive damages, or attorney's fees.

Your use of the services is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
